Appointment Date & Property Inspection
When your appointment date is confirmed, a trained property inspector will arrive on your scheduled roof inspection date to inspect the property for damages to but limited to: Roof, Siding, Gutters, Windows, Doors, Walls, Flooring. This process could take 1 to 2 hours to complete depending on damages.
The inspector will take photos, samples, and walk the property owner through all damages found. The property owner then can decide to either get the property damage fixed out of pocket or we can work with their insurance company to get the damages fixed in a timely manner.

Roof Insurance Claim & Assistance
When the roof inspection is complete, we will file a damage claim with the property owners, and start the claims process with the insurance company.
After speaking to your insurance company, a date will be scheduled by your insurance company for their agent to come out to review damages to your property. Our claims inspector will meet and work with your insurance agent on the scheduled date to ensure they are doing their jobs properly.
* Often times, insurance companies will try to fight & deny property owners of their rights to get damages fixed. With our help, and expertise, we have succesfully helped hundreds of property owners get approved even when they've been denied in the past.

Roof, Materials, & Color Selection
Once a property is approved by the insurance company, or you decide to continue out of pocket, we will bring sample materials, and colors for you to select. We offer roofing, siding, and gutter materials provided by the best brands for property owners.
Once selections are made, we will work with property owners to schedule a date to begin work.
We specialize mostly in roof installation, siding installation, and gutter installation but we can also do; window installation, garage door installation, walls, ceiling, floors.

1 to 2 Day Roof Install & Build Times
Once a install date is confirmed, we will notify the property owner of material dropoff, and start time. 95% of our roof installation takes 1-2 days to complete but could take longer due to poor weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. On the day of installation, we will also bring a dumpster for prepping, and old material removal.
If a property is also replacing siding, gutters, windows, and other areas of a property, one of our build managers will walk through additional timeframes, and dates to ensure things get completed in a timely manner.
During tearoff of old materials, we ask that property owners to include any areas of safety, concern, and questions they may have before the job begins.

Property Cleanup & Certificate of Completion
After the job is finished, our team will clean up any debris, materials from old install, and nails that may be visible. We ask that property owners ensure the surrounding areas of their property is clean of any debris, old materials, and nails while we are in the clean up process so that you are satisfied with everything.
Once the clean up process is complete, our team inspector will work with the property owner to certify that the job is complete, and ask to rate our quality of worksmanship.
